Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Delivery
We endeavour to ensure that all orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business. All items are sent from within Australia via Australia Post, with standard shipping times estimated to be between 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping is free for orders over $100, otherwise a flat rate of $10 postage will applies to all orders.
Please note that whilst we aim to make shipping as convenient as possible, orders are not able to be delivered to PO Boxes and we are currently unable to ship outside of Australia.
As we showcase products from a range of distributors, please note that products may arrive separately.
We will accept returns or exchanges on full priced items if you change your mind or if the item is faulty. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to return or exchange items that are on sale at the time of purchase or if there are signs of use.
In order to return or exchange an item, please retain the item in its original condition and contact us on email@example.com with a copy of your receipt or order number and we will initiate the return or exchange process.
Please note that customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. As we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for an item until the item is received, we strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure the receipt of all items.
